Student Travel Grants for CPS-IoT Week 2024

  • With the support from US National Science Foundation (NSF) and ACM Special Interest Group on Embedded Systems (SIGBED), we are pleased to announce the availability of Student Travel Grants for students to attend CPS-IoT Week 2024. Please note there are TWO different Student Travel Grants.

    Please check out the flyers for detailed information regarding eligibility, award preference, application links and apply for the grants accordingly. If you have any question, feel free to contact the award selection committee chair as listed in each flyer.


    Special Registrations for Student Helpers of CPS-IoT Week 2024

  • Application Deadline: May 5 2024, at 23:59 AoE
  • Notification Deadline: May 7 2024

  • Applications are now invited for special registrations for student helpers. Student helper registration package includes access to all the technical sessions of main conferences, workshops/tutorials/competitions, as well coffee breaks throughout CPS-IoT Week 2024. Student helpers are expected to provide assistance to the on-site events.

    VISA

  • Nationals of about 170 countries and territories may visit Hong Kong visa-free for a period ranging from 7 days to 180 days. Check this webpage to learn whether you need a visa or entry permit to enter Hong Kong for a visit or transit (Countries requiring visa listed in Part II). ­­

  • VISA Support Letter

    We urge the international participants who need a Hong Kong visa to register early, as the visa support letter will only be issued by IEEE with a registration.
